Process & Lead Times

Finishing Workflow:

Request → Quote → Surface Preparation → Application (Coating/Printing) → Curing → Quality Inspection → Packaging → Dispatch

Typical Lead Times (Power Coating):

• Small batches (1-10 pcs): 3–5 days
• Medium batches (10-100 pcs): 5–7 days
• Large production runs: Custom quotes based on volume
• Rush orders: Available with priority processing

Typical Lead Times (UV Printing):

• Custom designs: 2–4 days (design approval to delivery)
• Small batches: 3–5 days
• High-volume printing: Custom quotes for production runs

Quality Assurance: All finished components undergo adhesion testing, color verification, and surface inspection. Certificates of Compliance (CoC) available on request.
